The final stop of our honeymoon was a twenty-plus hour layover in the Azores, specifically on Terceira Island.

We knew next to nothing about the island upon arrival but left with a desire to return immediately.

I highly recommend visiting if exploring a dormant volcano, eating fresh, locally sourced beef and dairy, and getting plastered while watching bull runs sounds fun.
